By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or make a purchase.

Luminaly (operated by Wondrich Trading Inc) designs and sells fashion jewellery — rings crafted in 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, set with lab-created synthetic crystals and precision-cut cubic zirconia (CZ). We do not sell or deal in precious metals, natural gemstones, or natural diamonds.

All pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. Luminaly products are fashion jewellery and are not represented as fine jewellery containing precious materials.

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Custom orders begin with a free design consultation. A deposit is required to commence production. Once a custom piece enters production, cancellations may not be possible. We will communicate timelines and milestones clearly before work begins.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable once production has commenced, as they are made to your specifications.

We offer complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery. To initiate a return or resize, contact us at [email protected].

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. All synthetic crystals and CZ stones are lab-created — we do not sell natural gemstones and do not represent our products as containing natural stones or precious metals.

All website content — including text, images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Luminaly (Wondrich Trading Inc). You may not reproduce or distribute any material without written permission.

Luminaly's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.
