Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2025

Acceptance

By visiting this website or engaging our bespoke jewellery services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bespoke Design Service

Luminaly provides a fully custom ring design service. All pieces are made to order and unique. No two pieces are identical.

A detailed design brief and gemstone selection will be agreed upon before any production begins. Written confirmation is required before we proceed to manufacture.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your consultation slot and commence the design process. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated during consultation.

Full payment is due prior to dispatch. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery & Timelines

Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith (typically 3–6 weeks from design confirmation). Delays due to rare gemstone sourcing or exceptional demand will be communicated promptly.

Returns & Alterations

As all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship — any manufacturing defects will be rectified at no charge within 12 months of delivery.

Resizing and minor alterations may be available; please contact us to discuss.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Luminaly (Wondrich Trading Inc). You may not reproduce or distribute any material without written permission.

Design sketches and renders produced for your project are shared exclusively for your approval and may not be reproduced or shared without consent.

Disclaimer

Gemstone colours and appearances may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in lighting and screen calibration. We will always provide accurate descriptions and, where possible, in-person or video viewings before purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.
