What is Luminaly jewellery made from?
All Luminaly pieces are crafted in 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and built to be worn every day. Stones are lab-created synthetic crystals or precision-cut cubic zirconia (CZ). We do not use natural gemstones or precious metals.
Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. 316L stainless steel is surgical-grade and safe for sensitive skin. It contains no nickel migration that causes reactions, making it one of the most skin-friendly metals available for jewellery.
How do I book a consultation?

What are the prices?
Our Classic range starts from $99 (316L stainless steel with CZ), Crystal pieces from $149 (with premium synthetic crystals), and fully Bespoke custom designs from $249. All prices include the signature gift box.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom pieces typically take 3–5 weeks from consultation to delivery: 1–2 weeks for design refinement and 2–3 weeks for production. We keep you updated throughout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped in our signature gift box, fully tracked.
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn condition. Custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable once production has commenced. We also offer complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery.
How do I care for my ring?
316L stainless steel is highly durable and tarnish-resistant. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, strong cleaning agents). To clean, simply wipe with a soft cloth — no special products required.
Can I customise an existing design?
Absolutely. You can request a different crystal colour, plating finish (gold, rose gold, silver), engraving, or setting style. Book a free consultation and we'll walk you through the options.
