How do I book a consultation?
Click any 'Book Consultation' button on the site, or message us directly on WhatsApp. Consultations are free, online or in-person, and carry no obligation.
How long does the process take?
From your first consultation to receiving the ring typically takes 4–8 weeks: 1–2 weeks for design finalisation, then 2–4 weeks for handcrafting. Rush timelines may be possible — ask us.
What is the minimum price for a custom ring?
All custom pieces start from $2,100 (or equivalent). The final price depends on gemstone type, metal, and setting complexity. We are happy to work within your budget.
Can I supply my own gemstone?
Yes. If you have a gemstone you would like set, we can assess it during consultation and advise on the most suitable setting.
Do you offer resizing after delivery?
Yes, within the first 12 months we offer one complimentary resizing. After that, resizing is available at a modest charge depending on the design.
What if I am not happy with the design?
We iterate with you through the design phase — no production begins without your written approval. Our goal is for you to love every detail before a single piece of metal is touched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All rings are shipped fully insured with signature required. International shipping costs and import duties will be communicated before dispatch.
